We offer shipping services to all customers within the UK. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been received. We use a variety of shipping carriers, including DPD and Royal Mail, to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination. You will be provided with a shipping cost at checkout.
Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Your Email.
Once our sales team have confirmed your return, please package the product carefully and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product (minus any shipping costs).
Please note that we do not accept returns for used or opened products, or for products that are not in their original packaging.
